We build this newsletter every week to function as a source of inspiration for this community. It's definitely the funnest thing we do on a weekly basis. There's something to be said for connecting with like minded people. Feels like home in a way or like an easy / natural conversation. And that's the vibe we work to bring to everything Malakye. We want it to be comfortable applying to a job, or reaching out to someone who you'd like to be connected with, or figuring out how to manage an interview conversation / why things go right / why they go wrong and all of that with a lowest common denominator of REAL.

There's a lot to be done with real. You know what you're working with. It's not a moving target, it is what it is, and you can make decisions based on that. And that right there, is what Malakye is all about. Straight forward, real, honest. And oh man, do things every go right when that's the mindset. All of a sudden the difficulty fades away, time slows down, the moves are easy, the result is the best ever, and you've reached that magic place.
