AI Idea: Useful Job App Feedback
I’ve been out there applying to jobs myself - sales roles I’m a great fit for. I do it to have first hand experience in job hunting to bring that experience into Malakye and make this place more useful to you.
That got me thinking…
What if AI could analyze all the applicants to a job, compare them to your profile, and tell you straight up:
“You’re not in the top 10%, and here’s why…”
“…you’ve got the experience, but they wanted someone younger…”
“…your resume didn’t hit the mark on these points…”
“…you’re better suited for to be a greeter at Wal-Mart and they’re hiring…”
Would it sting? Maybe.
Would it help? Absolutely.
