The Common Thread & Some Jobs & Malakye’s Directive

Occasionally we’ll let the nut that created Malakye pen something and share it with the audience. He’s been knocking at the door for months so we’re going to let him in. Just for a few sentences:

When I started this thing, now 24 years ago, it was an idea and a way to stay connected with what I was into personally. What’s the same now as it was then is the common thread that we share here. For me, as the organizational nerd I am obsessed with connectivity between job functions and how it makes the machine run, when I look around at the profiles, job titles, experience levels, diversity in backgrounds and the common interest that ties it all together, that gets me psyched in creating a bridge to help connect it all. Striking up conversations here is easy. Kinda feels like you already know the other person even though you don’t. We’re building a global talent highway for niche industries. That’s what’s really going on that can’t be seen yet. 

What we’re working to do is to continue to fade out of the way, reduce friction in processes, help people move with their creative thinking, make it easier to achieve individual objectives, provide better tools, resources, information, and know-how to keep moving forward. And have a lot of fun doing it.
