We Just Kicked Live a New AI Feature! The path of continuous improvement delivers. We will be launching new features non-stop this year. This week it’s the new Scout - it enhances our core purpose of connecting people and brands. Scout indexes the entire platform of job postings and profiles to create logical matches based on criteria that works. In coming iterations we’ll be adding functionality so you can fine tune what the Scout matches to you. 

And it’s putting you right in front of employers too. Employers post and we put profiles right in front of them with an Invite to Apply function to encourage them to get in touch with you – how about that!

We’re hyped on this one. Being more useful and valuable to our audience is why we put in the time to create these things.
