Visualization works. Taking a look at professional sports and sports in general, people who excel and have fun doing it visualize what they want to execute and then go do it. If they fail, they get up, dust off, and go for it again. Future NBA HoF Russell Westbrook’s brand Honor the Gift has a great motto that embodies this idea, “Self-Belief”. 2 Words that can change your life.

The same is true in work that’s not sport. People do go from being a credit manager and move on and up to eventually being a Chief Executive Officer (saw that recently where someone made it to CEO of a HUGE group of brands), or something similar. It happens. And to do that successfully, the person must absolutely have a vision, visualize success, and go for it. One part of that visualization is networking and building…
