We just released new AI matching functionality where our robot, Strato, will talk with you to refine exactly what type of job you’re looking for an then set up alerts for you when there’s a job match. The alerts can be instant, daily, and weekly – any combination of those.

On the hiring side, for the brands that advertise on Malakye, Strato curates a list of people, you for example, that could be a good fit for a job based on the job description and peoples’ profiles.  It creates a tidy, clean list and gives the brand rep a button to “Invite” you to apply. 

We will keep on refining and improving the functionality with the ultimate goal of reducing friction and strain of the hiring process for both the individual, and the company.

When you apply to a job through Malakye your application gets delivered to the company rep in real time by email, instantly. As long as it’s a direct apply and not a reroute to an ATS (applicant tracking system – which none of us like).
