Brand new (to us) ski industry AI company Carv just hit Malakye today looking for a remote Sales Manager out of Colorado. It’s such rad tech. You don’t even have to be a skier to appreciate it. It’s a sensor that attaches to both ski boots, uses AI to analyze all the data, and then offers coaching input based on exactly what the athlete does. Anyone who wants to be smoother, faster, etc will love it. Imagine selling that? You can. Apply here. We at Malakye are nerds of organizational structure and how departments / jobs / all of it move together to make brands hum.  A side benefit of that is being able to see a job title or several job titles that are leading indicators of what’s developing. And there’s somethin’ cooking in Truckee, California. Nidecker Group which is the umbrella of iconic brands (Bataleon, Emerica, éS, Etnies, Jones, Nidecker, Rome, Thirtytwo and #YES) just opened up 4 new jobs on Malakye: AR & Credit Ops Manager, Customer Service Rep, Financial Controller,  and NetSuite Developer.

What’s telling about that? We see: investing into back office operations and significant investment into building an HQ-like operation. More jobs to come, benefits like full mountain kit, season pass, 401K matching, traditional benefits, great environment full of like minded people. ALL of what Malakye has been about for 23 years. Nobody has done what we do this long, not even the suits at LinkedIn. It goes without saying, the people there wouldn’t be psyched about this like the people here at Malakye. Thanks for being here. We’re true to this, for real.
